• Merchant information such as store name, store domain, app configuration, and support communications
• Usage and event data related to app performance and merchant reporting
• Shopper-submitted photos used only to generate seasonal color analysis results

5. YumnAI Vision Engine and Service Providers

YumnAI Vision Engine is YumnAI's branded analysis layer for seasonal color matching and product discovery. To operate this service, YumnAI may use hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, and AI-processing service providers, including Gemini API, where needed to process the shopper image and return analysis results.

These providers may process information on YumnAI's behalf under appropriate contractual or operational safeguards. YumnAI does not sell customer or merchant personal information collected through the app.

6. Merchant Analytics and Reporting

YumnAI may provide merchants with analytics such as analysis volume, feature usage, recommendation engagement, and related commerce events. These reports are intended to help merchants understand app performance and customer interaction trends without storing customer photos or customer profile records.

7. Data Retention

YumnAI does not store customer images or customer personal details submitted for analysis. YumnAI retains merchant information such as store name, store domain, configuration details, support messages, and app usage records only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable law.

8. Security

YumnAI uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so YumnAI cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on applicable law, merchants or shoppers may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. Because merchants control the customer relationship and YumnAI does not retain customer analysis images or customer profile details, YumnAI may direct shopper privacy requests to the relevant merchant where appropriate.

10. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants using YumnAI are responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required permissions or consents from shoppers before collecting or submitting information through their storefront.
