Welcome to YumnAI (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YumnAI website, mobile web application, beauty analysis features, and related services. By accessing, browsing, or using YumnAI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use YumnAI.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, viewing, or using YumnAI through any device, web browser, or platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or related policies, you must immediately discontinue use of the service.

2. About YumnAI

YumnAI is an AI-powered personal beauty analysis platform that provides personalized beauty-related insights and recommendations, including:

• Seasonal Color Analysis: Evaluation of undertone, value, contrast, and color temperature to map your features to a personalized 12-season color palette.
• Skin Care Analysis: Automated observation of visible facial attributes (such as texture, tone uniformity, apparent pore visibility, hydration appearance, and under-eye shadowing) to offer cosmetic care suggestions.
• Makeup Analysis: Tailored cosmetics, shade harmonies, lip shades, blush tones, and product finishes suited to your facial profile.

YumnAI uses AI-assisted image analysis and application-level processing to provide these recommendations. YumnAI does not provide medical diagnosis, clinical dermatological examination, or professional medical advice.

3. Eligibility and Account

You may currently access the initial beauty analysis experience without creating an account as a guest user.

Certain enhanced features, including purchasing paid plans, accessing recurring monthly allowances, and managing subscription tiers, require authentication:

• Google Sign-In: YumnAI utilizes secure Google Sign-In authentication. When you sign in, we receive verified account details (name, email address, and Google account ID) to maintain your session and manage your plan balance.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining control over your Google credentials, devices, and browser sessions, as well as for all activities conducted under your authenticated account.

4. Free Analysis

YumnAI provides a transparent free-analysis model for new users to experience our platform:

• One Free Analysis Total: Each user is entitled to exactly one (1) free analysis.
• One-Time Allowance: The free analysis is a one-time launch entitlement and does not automatically renew daily, weekly, or monthly.
• All Categories Included: The free analysis allows you to choose from any of our three analysis categories: Color Analysis, Skin Care, or Makeup Analysis.
• Full Feature Experience: Includes your complete beauty analysis breakdown and result-sharing functionality.

This entitlement is a standalone complimentary analysis allowance and is not a recurring free trial or auto-converting subscription.

5. Paid Plans

Users who wish to perform additional analyses may upgrade to a paid plan. Our pricing structure is as follows:

• Starter Plan (₹99 / 1 Month Valid): Includes 25 analyses total, 1 month validity, and an ad-free experience.
• Glow Value (HOT) (₹199 / 2 Months Valid): Includes 75 analyses total, 2 months validity, no ads, and social media status / story sharing cards.
• Yearly Pro (₹1,999 / 1 Year): Includes 100 analyses / mo, 12 months access, no ads, social media status / story sharing cards, and priority support.
• Shared Allowance: The analysis allowance is shared flexibly across Color Analysis, Skin Care, and Makeup Analysis.

Unused allowances do not roll over past the respective validity cycle unless expressly communicated in writing.

6. Analysis Result Sharing

YumnAI provides built-in sharing features that allow you to share your beauty analysis summary cards with friends or across your preferred applications using your device’s native sharing capabilities (such as the Web Share API, direct image downloads, or copying link summaries).

When you choose to share your results with external platforms, social networks, or messaging apps:

• That content is governed by the respective third-party platform’s own terms and privacy policies.
• YumnAI never automatically posts, publishes, or broadcasts your photos or results to your social media accounts without your explicit, voluntary action.

7. Payments

All paid plans and subscription upgrades on YumnAI are subject to successful payment processing through our authorized third-party payment providers.

By initiating a transaction, you agree to provide valid, authorized payment information. Subscription benefits and analysis quotas become effective immediately upon verified confirmation of payment from the payment gateway.

10. Image Processing

When you use YumnAI, you submit a selfie or facial photo for computational evaluation. In strict alignment with our Privacy Policy:

• Transient Processing: YumnAI processes submitted images in temporary memory solely to perform the requested beauty analysis and deliver your results.
• No Permanent Server Storage: YumnAI does not permanently store uploaded selfie images on its own application servers or databases, and does not maintain a permanent photo library of your uploads.
• Third-Party AI Infrastructure: Submitted images are securely transmitted to third-party cloud AI processing infrastructure, including Google Gemini API where applicable, to execute facial feature analysis.
• Third-Party Terms: Third-party AI and cloud infrastructure providers process data in accordance with their applicable enterprise and API data terms.

11. Third-Party Services

To provide a seamless, secure, and modern experience, YumnAI relies on established third-party services:

• Google Sign-In: For secure single sign-on user authentication.
• Google Gemini API: For AI-powered computer-vision analysis and recommendation generation.
• Hosting & Cloud Infrastructure: Platform hosting (e.g. Vercel) and database infrastructure (e.g. Neon PostgreSQL for account metadata and subscription balances).
• Payment Providers: Secure payment processing gateways handling subscription billing.
• Affiliate & Catalog Partners: Retailers and affiliate networks providing product catalog data and external shopping links.

Your interactions with external third-party services are subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

12. Product Recommendations & Affiliate Links

YumnAI may display beauty, skincare, cosmetic, or fashion product recommendations matching your seasonal palette or skin care profile.

Affiliate Disclosure: Some links provided within the product suggestions, Shop section, or Status viewer are affiliate links. YumnAI may receive a commission, referral fee, or other commercial benefit when you click through and make a purchase on a merchant’s website, at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not alter, compromise, or bias AI analysis scoring. Analysis recommendations are determined algorithmically based on image traits.

YumnAI does not manufacture, stock, sell, or ship third-party products, and does not guarantee merchant availability, price stability, product quality, suitability, or fulfillment.

13. Product Information Disclaimer

Product data, including item names, shades, ingredient summaries, imagery, and pricing, may be derived from third-party retailer feeds or brand catalogs.

• Prices, availability, formulas, packaging, and descriptions are subject to change by merchants at any time without notice.
• You must verify all product details, active ingredients, allergen warnings, final prices, shipping fees, and return policies on the merchant’s website before ordering.
• YumnAI is not the seller or manufacturer of third-party products unless explicitly specified in writing.

14. User Responsibilities

When using YumnAI, you agree that you will:

• Only upload photos or selfies that you own or have explicit legal permission and rights to submit.
• Refrain from uploading unlawful, harmful, obscene, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
• Not attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or spoof usage caps, free analysis quotas, or payment checkpoints.
• Not disrupt, compromise, or overload the platform, API endpoints, or connected systems.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws during your use of YumnAI.

15. Prohibited Use

You may not engage in any of the following restricted activities:

• Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, servers, databases, or networks connected to YumnAI.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or copying source code, models, or algorithms, except where expressly permitted by mandatory law.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or harvesting tools to extract data, content, or prompt logic from the service.
• Introducing malicious code, viruses, trojans, or automated scripts designed to damage or intercept service operations.
• Using YumnAI to violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or legal rights.

16. Intellectual Property

The YumnAI platform, brand name, logos, website layout, original text, analysis styling, software code, user interface, graphics, and system architecture are the exclusive property of or licensed to YumnAI, protected by intellectual property and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use YumnAI for individual beauty analysis. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the service.

YumnAI does not claim ownership of user-submitted personal photos; images submitted for analysis remain your personal content, processed solely for generating your requested beauty insights.

17. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure optimal performance and uptime, YumnAI may occasionally be subject to:

• Scheduled or emergency system maintenance and software upgrades.
• Third-party AI service latency, rate limits, or API provider outages.
• Internet service provider disruptions, browser compatibility factors, or network routing issues.

YumnAI does not make uptime guarantees and does not warrant that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or instantaneous.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YumnAI, its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use YumnAI.
• AI-generated beauty, skin care, color, or cosmetic recommendations.
• Purchases made from third-party merchants or through affiliate product links.
• Any third-party provider actions, outages, or security incidents.
• User-submitted images, content, or inputs.

In jurisdictions where limitation or exclusion of certain liabilities is restricted, liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

19. Disclaimer of Guarantees

YumnAI and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Without limiting the foregoing, YumnAI specifically disclaims any guarantees regarding:

• A particular beauty, aesthetic, or personal appearance result.
• Exact skin analysis accuracy or scientific precision.
• Exact color-season matching accuracy under varying lighting conditions.
• Suitability, non-reactivity, or satisfaction with recommended cosmetic products.
• Third-party product inventory availability or commercial outcomes.

20. Account Suspension / Termination

YumnAI reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the service or your account, with or without prior notice, where reasonably necessary for:

• Breach or suspected violation of these Terms of Service.
• Abuse of analysis quotas, automated bot scraping, or payment manipulation.
• Security threats, unauthorized system access, or malicious activity.
• Compliance with applicable law, law enforcement requests, or regulatory order.

You may discontinue using YumnAI at any time.

21. Changes to the Service

We continually strive to improve and expand YumnAI. We may modify, add, update, or discontinue features over time, including:

• Introducing new analysis categories, algorithms, or styling recommendations.
• Upgrading product discovery interfaces, Status viewer experiences, or shop collections.
• Enhancing account functionality, profile features, or subscription plan options.

We do not make binding promises regarding specific future feature roadmaps.

22. Changes to These Terms

YumnAI may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect product improvements, new service features, or changes in legal regulations.

When changes are published, the “Last updated” date at the top of this document will be updated. Your continued use of YumnAI after revised Terms are posted signifies your agreement to the modified Terms.

23. Privacy Policy

Our data collection, handling, and protection practices are detailed in the YumnAI Privacy Policy.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are mutually consistent, specifically confirming:

• Transient memory processing of uploaded photos with zero permanent server photo storage.
• Secure third-party AI image transmission (Google Gemini API) to generate analysis outputs.
• Use of Google Sign-In authentication for account and plan quota management.
