1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using YumnAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. Service Description

YumnAI provides AI-assisted seasonal color analysis, shopper guidance, and related merchant reporting for Shopify fashion stores. YumnAI Vision Engine is YumnAI's branded analysis experience and may use third-party AI services, including Gemini API, as part of the processing workflow. Features may change over time as the product evolves.

3. Eligibility and Merchant Account

You represent that you have authority to bind the Shopify store or business using YumnAI. You are responsible for activity occurring under your store account and for maintaining the security of your Shopify environment.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants using YumnAI are responsible for:

• Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and Shopify platform requirements
• Providing legally required disclosures, notices, and consent flows to shoppers in the regions where the app is used
• Maintaining accurate product, catalog, and storefront information
• Using YumnAI only for lawful business purposes

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service except as allowed by law
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of YumnAI
• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities
• Attempt to bypass technical limitations, access controls, or billing restrictions

7. Billing and Plans

YumnAI is currently available under an early-access launch offer. At launch, access may be free for approved merchants. YumnAI may later offer a 1-day free trial, a monthly plan priced at 1599, and a yearly plan priced at 15999, unless updated pricing is published. Any paid charges will be presented through Shopify's approved billing mechanisms or another disclosed billing flow where permitted.

8. Availability and Changes

YumnAI aims to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. YumnAI may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including to improve security, performance, or product fit.

9. Third-Party Services

YumnAI may rely on third-party providers, including hosting, analytics, communication, or AI-processing tools such as Gemini API. YumnAI is not responsible for third-party products or services that it does not control.

10. Disclaimer

YumnAI provides analysis outputs and recommendations for informational and merchandising purposes. Results may not be perfect and should not be treated as professional fashion, styling, medical, or legal advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YumnAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to the use of the service.

12. Termination

YumnAI may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued service creates security or operational risk. Merchants may stop using YumnAI at any time by uninstalling the app and discontinuing related use.

13. Changes to These Terms

YumnAI may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
